Push-up Chest Elevated & Elbows at 45 degree

Here is another way to do a modified push-up. Elevate the chest. I like this option to be in the full push-up so I can pull in the legs and glutes more as stabilizers.
You also don't have to go all the way down if you can't maintain form. Coming back up is harder than going down. FInd your depth to work with good form. The elbows going at a 45 degree angle targets the triceps and chest and easier on the shoulders that a wider option. Partial pushups count while you develop strength.
Need help with variations? Not just strength purposes but yo can do these for variety purposes too! You can challenge these so many different ways not matter how strong you are at the pushup.
I would love to help
