Recipe 1
00:00 1 onion.
00:15 1 clove of garlic.
00:31 Sour cream 1 tbsp.
00:34 1 egg.
00:37 Salt 1 tsp.
00:39 Pepper.
00:41 Nutmeg.
01:05 2 chicken breasts.
01:52 Semolina 2 tbsp.
01:58 Italian herbs.
02:17 Olive oil.
02:24 Fry on each side over medium-high heat for 3 minutes.

1 carrot.
Cabbage 150 g.
1 small onion.
Butter.
Olive oil.
Fry the onion.
Add carrots and cabbage.
Cook over medium-high heat until done.
2 eggs.
Yoghurt 2 tbsp.
Salt, pepper, nutmeg.
Olive oil.
Tortilla.
Cheese (mixture of 3 types of cheese).
Cover with tortilla.
Add cheese.
Cover with a lid and cook over low heat.
Wait until the cheese melts.
Turn the tortilla over.
Cook for 3 minutes over medium heat.

1 carrot.
1 onion.
Olive oil.
Fry onions and carrots.
1 pepper.
Add peppers to the pan.
Minced meat 450 g.
Fry for 15 minutes.
Tomato sauce 1 cup (250 ml).
Salt.
Black pepper.
Paprika.
2-3 potatoes.
Mozzarella.
In the oven/40 minutes/180°C/360°F.

2 potatoes.
Fill with cold water.
2 eggs.
Kefir or yoghurt 200 ml (1 cup).
Salt.
Flour 2-4 tbsp.
Leek.
Cheese.
In the oven 200°C/400°F/40 minutes.
Spring onions.

Potato.
Cut and cook.
Salt.
Butter.
Milk.
1 onion.
Fry until golden brown.
Butter.
Minced meat (400g).
Fry over medium heat.
black pepper.
Salt.
Add fried onion.
Green pea.
Tomatoes.
6 tortillas.
Tomato sauce.
Cheese.
Olive oil.
Fry for 2 minutes on each side.
Parsley.
