This is a 20 minute Beginner Lower Body Pilates stretching workout that will unwind tension in the legs and hips. We will explore low-impact ways to stretch your muscles and extend your flexibility. This is a great class to do before or after an lower body workout or if you are feeling sore on a recovery day.
