I could eat this meat every day! Simple, quick and delicious recipe! No frying
1 kg of pork (I have pork neck).
Make a few cuts in the pork, not all the way through.
Repeat after me as shown in my video!
Set the meat aside and prepare a marinade:
2-3 tablespoons of soy sauce.
2 tablespoons vegetable or olive oil.
2-3 tablespoons French mustard.
1 tablespoon lemon juice.
1 teaspoon black pepper.
1 teaspoon garlic seasoning (I use aromatic herbs with onions and garlic).
Mix well.
Place the meat in a separate bowl.
Drizzle pork with prepared marinade.
Rub the meat well with the marinade.
Cover with cling film.
Cover with cling film and let marinate for 10-15 minutes.
2 tomatoes.
Cut the tomatoes into thin slices.
200g cheese.
Cut the cheese into thin slices.
How is the weather where you are?
Place marinated meat on a baking sheet.
Place tomato slices into each cut in the meat.
Also add thin slices of cheese.
If you wish, you can spread the mushrooms on a baking sheet.
Cover the meat with foil and place in a preheated oven at 200°C/392°F for 60 minutes.
Remove meat from oven and remove foil.
Send the meat to the oven for another 15 minutes.
Let's make the salad dressing:
2 cloves of garlic.
1 teaspoon French mustard.
2 teaspoons honey.
1 tablespoon lemon juice.
Salt and black pepper to taste.
3 tablespoons olive oil.
Mix well.
Let's make a quick and tasty salad:
150 g rocket and spinach.
300 g canned corn.
300g beans.
1 onion head.
5 cherry tomatoes.
Drizzle dressing over the salad.
Mix well.
Our salad is ready to serve.
Remove the meat from the oven.
Cut the meat and arrange on a plate.
Add the cooked mushrooms to the plate.
