New political trouble for Warren Mayor Fouts, he responds to 7 Investigators

Attorneys for the City of Warren are fighting in Federal Court to keep Mayor Jim Fouts out of the hot seat, giving sworn testimony in a deposition.  The lawsuit was brought by DeShelia Howlett an African American with ten years in the Warren Police Department.
