In 1976, the Shah of Iran gave his candid opinion on Palestinians

“Palestinians must know that there is a limit to where they can go and bully the world…by terrorism and blackmailing and this and that…

They should really open their eyes, reassess their situation…start a new policy, because the actual one is going to lead them nowhere.”

50 years later, and EVERYTHING the Shah said still holds true. Terrorism, calling for the destruction of Israel and breeding Jew Hate has led Palestinians absolutely NOWHERE.

In 1976, Mike Wallace interviewed Iran’s Shah Mohammed Reza Pahlavi -
The Shah: "The Palestinians obviously had the sympathy of many, many people.
Many, almost all the countries in the world prosecuted people, stateless people.
Looking for a home or something. You know, exactly like the sympathy that the Jews had when they were searching for a home. But our good Palestinian friends must know that there is only a limit to where they can go and bully the world.

Wallace: Bully the world? Yes, by terrorism and blackmailing and this and that.
Wallace:
You know perfectly well, Your Majesty, that the leaders of the Arab world find the Palestinians as much a problem almost as the Israelis do.
Isn't that a fact?
The Shah: What I can say is that they should really open their eyes, reassert their situation and if there is a hierarchy and someone there in command... Wallace: Of the Palestinians you mean. The Shah: Of the Palestinians to start a new policy because the actual one is going to lead them nowhere.
Wallace: With whom do they really have understanding? With Assad? With Sadat? With Hussein? The Shah: That's a very good question.
Wallace: They have none with any of these leaders?
The Shah: Not to my knowledge.

The Shah: He's crazy.

You really believe that? The Shah: Oh yes, no doubt. The man is absolutely irresponsible and crazy.
