Former 18-year-old suspect Anthony Myers was questioned by law enforcement after being reported for yelling the word Nigger downtown Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, on March 21, 2024, while the University of Utah women's basketball team was leaving a restaurant to their nearby hotel.
