Flash Flood Watch for West Twin River below the Shoto Dam

According to the National Weather Service at 3:30 p.m. Friday, the emergency manager indicated the water was beginning to overtop the Shoto Dam in Shoto. The river is expected to rise another one to two feet by Saturday morning. Â The rising river levels may cause the Shoto Dam to fail.
