HateWatchers has a new video series where we recap everything that we watched over the last month. We plan to do these Review Roundups on a monthly basis, giving us a chance to add context to our other review videos as well as touch on a few shows & movies that we didn't end up reviewing on the channel.

The month of May, 2024, was pretty light in terms of videos for the channel but there was no real slowdown in the number of things we watched. On the channel we reviewed Furiosa and Atlas, but we also watched Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes, which we had no strong opinion on. On TV, all we really watched was The Bad Batch and Tales of the Empire, both of which were underwhelming. Oh, and we watched the two latest South Park specials tackling Ozempic and Onlyfans. As for ourselves, we caught up on Twisted Metal, went down a dark rabbit hole with Baby Reindeer, and watched 6 movies: both the Conan the Barbarian films, two prison movies in The Green Mile and Shawshank Redemption, a war movie in 1917, and a hockey-themed comedy Slapshot. And of course we've been watching the NHL Playoffs all month.
