My Commentary on the Bragg Fiasco Trial. Why I feel the New York Falsifying Documents trail against Trump was totally unfair, deceitful and contrived. The Alvin Bragg Fiasco Trial was a circus trial characterized as an example of lawfare and malicious prosecution, with concerns about collateral evidence, improper jury instructions, and bias on the part of the judge, jury, and prosecutor.
