Recovering from post vax long covid

I know there are other people out there suffering from the same thing I suffered from, so I wanted to start sharing my story to give people hope and to start a conversion! Post jab long hauler is no joke and at times recovery was hopeless, but now that I am almost better I wanted to start documenting my recovery process to help others.
