As high pressure dominates we'll see a return to a sunny, stable and stagnant weather pattern. That means afternoon highs jump to 92 in Bakersfield today, 83 in Lake Isabella, 75 in Tehachapi, 77 in Frazier Park and the low 90s down in Ridgecrest and California City.
