Die US-Ratingagentur S&P hat jüngst ihre Bewertung von Frankreichs Kreditwürdigkeit gesenkt. So stellt Paris als zweitgrößte Wirtschaftskraft einen Indikator für die gesamte EU dar. Könnte etwa Macrons "Drang nach Osten" ein Lösungsansatz für diese Misere sein?
