CORRECTIONS TO MY STATEMENTS AT THE 5-15-24 CLASS
LAST EDITED 6-4-24 0137 HST
>> At 37:33 to 37:36 “makes it possible for us to understand” obviously was meant to be “makes it impossible for us to understand.”
>> At 44:20 to 44:22 “from the two directions” was meant to be “between the two directions.”
>> At 52:27 to 55:39, in my ad lib comments I somewhat overstated my point. If we consider the foundation of Christian theology to be the points that I listed, and the topmost layer of Christian theology to be the moral teachings of Jesus, then it is only the middle layers of the theology to which I object.
>> At 1:09:46 “dissertation” should have been “discourse.”
>> At 1:54:19 to 1:54:26 “three thousand” should have been “thirty thousand.”
