Call of Duty 1 (2003) Trailer

On August 10, 1942, Private Martin of the 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment is training in Camp Toccoa in the United States state of Georgia. This level is designed to acquaint the player with the game controls. The player begins by completing an obstacle course and then receiving weapons instruction from Sgt. Moody.
The first mission takes place at midnight on June 5, 1944, as part of the airborne operations that kick off the Normandy invasion. Martin lands as a pathfinder outside the village of Sainte-Mère-Église to set a drop zone beacon for other paratroopers. The parachute drops disperse, leaving Martin in a mixed unit made up of multiple companies.
