GUEST OVERVIEW: Grady Hoss is the stage name of singer/songwriter Lance Davis who rebranded himself and formed a country band (Grady Hoss & the Sidewinders) in honor of his late father Jerome Grady Davis who suffered from Alzheimer’s for years before passing away in 2016. Lance grew up listening to rock n roll in his poster covered bedroom while his dad always had old country music playing throughout the rest of the house, cars and back porch. Lance started revisiting the old country music as a nostalgic way to remember the father he knew BEFORE the mind crippling disease. The band is named after his father's middle name Grady, “Hoss” his father’s nickname given by friends and family and “Sidewinder” his dad’s CB handle in the 70’s/80’s coined after a Texas rattlesnake. https://www.gradyhoss.com/
