Ingredients:

1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup lightly toasted quick oats
1/2 cup cooked quick oats (using half the liquid recommended on the package)
1/2 cup chopped parsley
2 chipotle peppers, seeded & 1 tbsp adobo sauce
100g chestnuts, chopped and slightly mashed
2 tbsp chia seeds mixed with 6 tbsp water
Instructions:

Cook the mushrooms and onions until nicely browned.
Add the other ingredients and mix well.
Shape the mixture into patties.
Shallow fry the patties on both sides until golden brown.
