Spiritual Warfare Prayer to Our Lord

Hello everyone, and welcome to America Needs Fatima’s 3-minute Meditation. In this short video segment, you and I will take about three minutes out of our day to meditate on a special piece of Catholic wisdom. In today’s meditation we say a prayer for strength amid spiritual warfare.

While we say this prayer we ask that this strength be gifted not only to you and me, but also to everyone within our lives who might need it. May we also have the strength to help those who are currently going through their own spiritual battles and are in need of a helping hand.

“Dear Lord, we thank Thee for the many helps Thou givest for our salvation. We ask Thee to continue to assist us and defend us in the battle against the devil as he seeks to destroy us.

Thou knowest that there are many ways Satan tries to harm us. When he tries to hurt us through the ordinary means of temptation to sin, we often do not realize he is at work. We are in great need of Thy grace to fight against the temptations of the devil in our lives.

We ask Thee to assist us in all battles of spiritual warfare, and we particularly ask Thee today to help all who are fighting against temptation and sin in their lives!

Help us to rely on Thee for all that we need in our lives. Help us to persevere in the fight against sin through Thy grace.

Lord, hear our prayers!

Amen.”

We are in the midst of a spiritual war. As Satan battles for your eternal soul, never forget the key to his defeat. It lies within the message Our Lady gave to the shepherd children at Fatima, Portugal. She said to pray and do penance for the conversion of sinners. This will save souls from eternal damnation.
