Did you know our risk of parasite exposure is higher in Summer?
True, true, my friend!
The more we are outside, swimming, barbecuing, gardening, the easier it is for parasites to get inside us.

My Vitamin D (D3OH) very low. I need it not to be sun sensitive. But even when I take low doses like 1000IU I get joint pain and swelling in my neck by my thyroid

In order to take D3 you need to supplement Mg (I do) and take

K2

I’m afraid of K2 bc it causes clotting

Is there another option to avoid D toxicity aka hypercalcemia?

Here are risks of exposure to parasites this Summer:
Going barefoot-Step on soil where an infected animal pooped
Digging in soil or sand-same as above AND get parasites under nails
Barbeque-Eat live parasites or eggs
Swimming in pool or freshwater-parasites transmitted by infected people/animals
Eating unwashed fruit/veggies-eggs or parasites are on/in it
Parasites you may be exposed to this summer- Cryptosporidium, Giardia, Hookworm, Round Worm, Tapeworm, and others.
So does that mean we have to stay inside all summer? Absolutely not!!
Take these safe steps to protect yourself this summer:
Wash your hands & scrub fingernails
Soak produce in hydrogen peroxide before eating
Cook meat well (all year long)
Avoid drinking/swallowing freshwater stream or lake water
And the best protection of all…. DETOX PARASITES This Summer!
