But that's not the case — you actually need them. Emotions like anger, shame, and guilt can be powerful motivators to help you achieve your goals.

Throughout human evolution, we have been driven more by pain and discomfort than by love and peace. These emotions have played a crucial role in pushing us forward.

I have personally improved aspects of my life because I experienced lower vibrational emotions such as guilt, shame, and anger towards myself and my situation.

These feelings fueled my determination to make a change. It's not about eliminating these emotions, but using them as fuel when needed without being consumed by them.
