A year prior to Frosty's first sighting, another white killer whale was spotted in B.C. This whale became known as T46B1B Tl'uk, but Tl'uk has since gone missing and has been officially presumed deceased. Frosty, Tl'uk and Chimo are all Bigg's (transient) killer whales.
