Seville (Sevilla) is a historic city located in the southwestern part of Spain, in the region of Andalusia. Seville, a popular travel destination, is situated on the banks of the Guadalquivir River, about 80 kilometers inland from the Atlantic Ocean. Seville is the fourth-largest city in Spain, with a population of around 700,000 people.
Seville is also home to several historic landmarks and cultural attractions, including the Alcázar of Seville, a magnificent palace complex that dates back to the 14th century, and the Cathedral of Seville, which is one the largest Gothic cathedral in the world. Seville is also known for its lively flamenco music and dance scene, which is celebrated each year during the April Fair.
