What if Dr. Fauci Passes Lab Leak Polygraph Test?

It could mean there was never a lab leak, or that Dr. Fauci had 4 years of preparation to beat the polygraph test even though there was a lab leak, or worse, that there was an intentional release of one or more deadlier coronaviruses.
