This Margherita pizza is very easy to make it! This pizza recipe is prefect for beginner bakers and busy families! The pizza dough can be made without kneading and without fermentation time!
*Margherita Pizza has three colors, red (tomato), white (mozzarella), and green (basil). It's named after the Queen Margherita.

9-inch (23cm) Round Margherita Pizza

Pizza Dough:
warm water: 1/3 cup (80ml)
sugar: 1 teaspoon (5g)
yeast: 1 teaspoon (3g)
flour (all-purpose): 1 cup loosely (135g)
salt: 1/4 teaspoon (2g)
olive oil: 1 tablespoon (10g)

Toppings:
tomato sauce: 1/4 cup (60g)
mozzarella cheese: 1 cup (100g)
fresh basil

Bake 12-15 minutes at 425F/220C

Tips:
* warm water approximately 105 F/40 C
* if you replace the all purpose flour with bread flour, please add more water (1-2 tablespoons/10-20ml). otherwise, the dough will be too dry.
