This extra cheesy pizza is perfect for cheese lovers and kids! It also great for beginner bakers and busy families! The pizza dough can be made without kneading and without Fermentation time!

10-inch (25cm) Round Cheese Pizza

Pizza Dough:
warm water: 1/3 cup (80ml)
sugar: 1 teaspoon (5g)
yeast: 1 teaspoon (3g)
flour (all-purpose): 1 cup loosely (135g)
salt: 1/4 teaspoon (2g)
olive oil: 1 tablespoon (10g)

Toppings:
tomato sauce: 1/3 cup (80g)
mozzarella cheese: 2 cups (200g)

Bake 12-15 minutes at 425F/220C

Tips:
* warm water approximately 105 F/40 C
* if you replace the all purpose flour with bread flour, please add more water (1-2 tablespoons). otherwise, the dough will be too dry
* if you want to have a thicker crust, you may shape the pizza to 8- inch round instead of 10-inch.
* if you want to have a NORMAL cheese pizza, you may only need 1 cup cheese:)
* let the pizza cool for a few minutes, and then cut it.
