World Health Assembly Analysis: Swiss Lawyer Philipp Kruse

Ten international lawyers held a press conference on 1 June 2024 to provide legal analysis of the 77th World Health Assembly proceedings, particularly regarding the international legislation documents (amendments to the International Health Regulations and Pandemic "treaty").

These documents intend to pass control of public health into the hands of the World Health Organization, an unelected bureaucratic organisation with close ties to the pharmaceutical industry and their investors, following a business model which serves profits over health.
