Stuffed turkey drumstick can be served as a main course or as an appetizer. It is also good for a holiday table. The turkey leg is not just stuffed, but baked in its own skin, “like in a stocking.” Original, festive and very tasty.

INGREDIENTS:

1 onion
2 tbsp rice
parsley
4 slices bacon
1 egg
turkey drumstick
salt and pepper to taste
vegetable oil
Bake for 90 minutes at 180 degrees
After baking time, remove the foil and bake for another 20 minutes at the same temperature. Periodically lubricate the meat with fat from the drumstick.
