A hilarious footage has emerged of a stubborn pooch protesting bath time. Arthur the Great Dane doesn't seem too interested in taking a bath, so when owner suggests it is time to hit the shower, he hides and tries to avoid having any contact with water!

While there are many dogs that love the water and can’t wait to take a swim or bath there are a few breeds that absolutely do not want anything to do with the water. It is somehow understandable for small dogs to avoid water because of the fear of drowning, given their size, but we never expected for massive pooches to have aversion to water. However, this hilarious video proves us wrong!

Footage shows a woman struggling to get a Great Dane dog into a bathtub and it is indeed a pretty funny process to watch. The woman starts the video by saying ‘this is what it's really like getting Arthur in the bathtub’, since he wants to take a rain check on bath time all the time!

You have to give this woman all the credit because this beautiful pup is huge and she gives it her all. After asking him to get into the tub several times, she tries to pick him up and put him inside herself, however, with no result. It all ends up in a fiasco. While holding the giant dog in her arms she says ‘I'm gonna win buddy, but we all know that it cannot be the case.
