World Health Assembly 77 Adopts New International Health Regulations

In the absence of any objection, the resolution was adopted, to pass new International Health Regulations, at the World Health Assembly on 1 June 2024. Would you have felt free to object in this room? Once everyone has remained silent for a brief moment, the resolution is passed and everyone claps to congratulate themselves.

Delegates had traveled from their home countries to Geneva for this event. Some were apparently told their return trip home would not be arranged until the IHR amendments resolution had been adopted. This is how global governance works. There is no vote, and in the background, enormous pressure to agree with the consensus pushed by a corrupt and compromised leadership.
