First of all, let's clear this thing, whether it is a wish from a day or 24 hours. It is not six days,

that Allah Ta'ala said to man that Did We not give you an age in your life in which lesson could have been learnt by the one who wished to take lesson

and there is a hadith in Jam Tiram that the age of my Ummah is 60 to 70, The average is in between,

قَالَا رَبَّنَا ظَلَمۡنَاۤ اَنۡفُسَنَا ٜ وَ اِنۡ لَّمۡ تَغۡفِرۡ لَنَا وَ تَرۡحَمۡنَا لَنَکُوۡنَنَّ مِنَ الۡخٰسِرِیۡنَ "They said, "Our Lord, we have wronged ourselves, and if You do not forgive us and have mercy upon us, we will surely be among the losers."

And the dua that Prophet Adam As Salaam did and Allah Taala accepted his repentance,

الَّذِیۡ خَلَقَ الۡمَوۡتَ وَ الۡحَیٰوۃَ لِیَبۡلُوَکُمۡ اَیُّکُمۡ اَحۡسَنُ عَمَلًا ؕ وَ ہُوَ الۡعَزِیۡزُ الۡغَفُوۡرُ [He] who created death and life to test you [as to] which of you is best in deed - and He is the Exalted in Might, the Forgiving -
