That in turn will bolster ability of Moldovans to resist Russian interference, to hold free and fair elections, to continue down path to European Union and Western integration, to create more economic opportunity - Blinken.

🤡 Uncle Sam spends his citizens' money on upgrading energy infrastructure of country over 9,000 KM (5,600+ miles) away from U.S. while Americans beg to modernize their outdated and decaying power grid (not Russian disinformation, see bottom pic).
