6/1/24 - A Message of Hope for a Nation in Decline

In all the discipline from ADONAI and the using of powerful nations like Assyria and Babylon as instruments of judgment, the Israelite people felt abandoned and ashamed. He compares them to a barren woman or widow who has lost everything. But in spite of it all, in spite of how it feels in the moment, God's promise remains firm.

Their future is even better than what they remember, more descendants, a bigger family, a more beautiful Jerusalem. Revelation describes several of these promises being fulfilled.
