Lincoln crutch - part 1

The other problem with Lincoln Longwools...is that they have a lot of wool on the bottom half, so it's a little bit of a long time being bent over to get everything entirely cleaned up between their long legs and belly and crutch area - I try to make sure to give them a good "bikini trim" - especially important on the ewes because it makes it easier for the lambs to find the teats (also for dairy ewes, too - a lot easier to milk and you don't risk contamination from dirty dags or errant fibers and whatnot, so it's safer for consumption even direct from the source without pasteurization, if you want to drink it raw, etc, etc).
