Ginger tea🫚
INGREDIENTS:
Cardamom powder - ½ tsp
Fennel seeds - ½ tsp
Ginger [fresh] - ½ inch or powdered ginger 1/4 th tsp
Water - 1 cup
Lemon slices- 3-4 (optional) it can cause some bitterness.
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1
Mash ginger in a mortar and pestle or chop.
Step 2
Grind cardamom and fennel using a mortar and pestle or coffee grinder, or use already ground ingredients.
Step 3
Place in a cup.
Step 4
Pour boiling water over the ingredients and cover for three minutes.
Step 5
Strain and serve.
OR you can make a premix with all ingredients and add in hot water and drink
