Does This FREE & AUTOMATIC Background Remover Work?

Removing the background of your art manually for making designs for your print on demand shop can be really time consuming. How about using a tool that claims to do it AUTOMATICALLY and for FREE? Is the end result a good enough quality to use for print on demand? I compared removing the background of the same, scanned watercolor painting manually on the free image editor GIMP and with a fast, automatic background removal tool online that also claims to be free. Let's see what happened and would I use the automatic tool in the future.
