In this final installment of the Lone Star Spirit Hurricane Series, we will explore the last major Hurricane to hit the Texas Gulf Coast...Harvey. A category 4 storm that almost destroyed Rockport, Texas. However, in this video, we will look at the storm from my perspective. The intense flooding and over 30 inches of rain that fell in many portions of southeast Texas.
