Mexico gears up for an election marked by violence

Mexico is preparing voting polls for Sunday's (June 2) general election, which is now the bloodiest in its modern history, with the assassination of 37 political candidates. Julio Cesar Valentin, who heads a mission of international electoral observers in the region, said it is the responsibility of the state to make sure electoral processes are free from violence.
