Why Aren’t Vaccines Safety Tested?

Vaccines are the only medicine that is exempt from safety testing. None of the 72 vaccines currently given to children has ever been tested against a placebo. That means no one can say with certainty that vaccine is averting more problems than it causes.

If you were born before 1989 chances of having a chronic disease was 12%, if you are born after 1989 it is 54% according to HHS. Why isn’t this being investigated?
