Council Tax - a possible new campaign!

How do you feel about council tax? Are you happy to pay? Around 77% of people are not happy with paying, and then of course there is the cost of living crisis! It is quite ridiculous that central government, local councils, MP's et al all talk about the cost of living crisis but have no qualms around increasing their council tax bills upon you! Up and down the country people have been digging into the council tax legislation, they have explored hansard, valuation office manuals, case law and statutory instruments. The bottom is your private, domestic property, your principle and only home, is not a chargeable dwelling nor a domestic dwelling, second home or such and if you are not committing commerce in your home then you ought not to be paying a commercial tax! When you understand some of the definitions of the legal terminology you will realise council tax is a fraud and the liability is a scam!
