I CAN PROVE YOU'RE WRONG! / Pastor Bob's Coffee Break

Dear Pastor Bob: There appears to be a trend going on in Christianity that involves Christians refuting each other's theology. There are teachers refuting other teachers, pastors refuting other pastors, believers picking fights with other believers, etc. What good does this do? Does this glorify God in any way? I ask because so many are hung up on proving the other person wrong, and it takes up a good chunk of their time They spend more time rebuking others over theological matters than focusing on the basic foundational truths that bind us together. I find this to be very disheartening. Does the Bible offer any solutions to this problem?
