Police releasing Kyle Plush investigation

Cincinnati police will present details to city council about how a 16-year-old died in a minivan near Seven Hills School. First responders couldn’t find Kyle Plush on April 10 when he suffocated in his van, despite his two 911 calls. Many questions remain about why the 911 system wasn't able to help him and why officers were unable to locate his van.
