Alan Dershowitz: Trump trial outcomes calls for legislature to check the judiciary

Harvard Law School Professor Emeritus Alan Dershowitz says the House of Representatives needs to hold hearings and subpoenas on former President Donald Trump’s hush money trial. “If the judiciary is off the rails and if the prosecutor, the judge, and the jury are all biased against the defendant... You need the judiciary to be under control and under watch. And that’s the appropriate role of the legislature,” he says.
