We welcome our special guest, our cousin, Sara Hughes McNeal, who is a licensed realtor and runs several AirBnb properties, to join us to discuss what it takes to run a successful and profitable AirBnb / short-term rental property.

We have an overall discussion about our time running our properties as small businesses on AirBnb, the good and the risks to be aware of, so that we can pass along to others what it takes to acquire a property and run it as a successful AirBnb.  In addition, we talk about the top 10 tips we have learned to make sure the small business thrives, we achieve and maintain our "Super Host" status, and look to acquire more properties in the future.
