Chuck Roast & Corn Salsa Street Tacos Over The Fire!! | The Crusader Kitchen

You don't have to do this over the fire but you do need to try this! In this video I cook a chuck roast in my Dutch oven barbacoa style for some street tacos. I make a wonderful corn salsa from corn on the cob, and then make a quick and easy fresh guacamole right from my campsite in the Crusader. I had some family come visit me at Cowan Lake State Park during Memorial Day weekend and set everything up for dinner in a taco bar. This was truly wonderful, I hope you enjoy the video!
