Police searching for Holly Creeper, man who exposed himself to woman at car wash

The Holly Police Department is looking for information on a man who exposed himself to a woman outside of a car wash on North Holly Road. The incident happened on April 19. Officers received a report from a 23-year-old woman who said she was vacuuming and cleaning out her vehicle when an older silver SUV, driven by a white man believed to be in his mid-50s, pulled up on the opposite side of the vacuum island.
