Activists criticize Turkey's plan to euthanize stray dogs

A proposed law to get stray dogs off Turkey's streets has touched a raw nerve among animal-lovers who fear it will lead to many dogs being euthanized. Animal rights activist Nilgul Sayar and Animal Rights Federation Chairman Ahmet Kemal Senpolat said the focus should be on spay and neuter programs.
