Suspect dies during traffic stop, arrest near Latonia Kroger store

A Cincinnati man died while Covington police officers tried to arrest him Tuesday morning. Kentucky State Police is handling the investigation. Officers made a traffic stop on Robert Ennis, 29, near the Latonia Kroger, Trooper Charles Loudermilk said. Officials haven't yet said why Ennis was pulled over. He died at some point during the encounter with officers. Loudermilk said a gun wasn't used during the arrest.
