50 and Coping? Episode 2: Sean Havoc. Case Manager and Consultant for Substance Misuse Services.

Sean Havoc is my brother not by blood but by choice and for many years. We have been through some amazing times as well as both hitting our drug taking lows around the same time.

Now he is a Case manager and consultant for substance misuse services. He turned his life around 7 years before I did and has made so much of his life now its amazing to see.

He has and continues to learn the best practices to help addicts in his area and is a sort after trusted member of the substance misuse service.
His insight into both side of the addiction coin is useful to all who have gone through or are going through similar times.
I’m glad he found the time to come and talk with Lee and I!

and Coping is a podcast video show that looks to explore people’s coping mechanisms to trauma and mental health issues.
