For a vegan version, replace the egg with half a banana or applesauce. The filling can be not only apples, but also other fruits, berries or even jam.

INGREDIENTS:
✅ Oat flour 80 g.
✅ Coconut flour 2-3 tbsp (or any other flour).
✅ 1 egg (or half a banana or 2 tbsp applesauce).
✅ Olive oil 1.5-2 tablespoons (or any vegetable).
✅ Baking powder 1/2 tsp
✅ Cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom.
✅ large sweet juicy apple 1pc.
✅ a handful of any nuts.
Bake at 180*C for 30-35 minutes.

Total per 100 grams:
Calories - 271.01 kcal.
Protein - 8.21 g.
Fat - 16.17 g.
Carbohydrate - 23.65 g.
