INGREDIENTS Recipe #1:
✔️ Oatmeal – 100 gr.
✔️ Almond flour – 120-130g.
✔️ Coconut oil – 50 gr.
✔️ Banana – 1 piece.
✔️ a pinch of salt, sweetener – stevia 1 tsp
For the berry filling:
✔️ frozen berry (cherry) 250 gr.
✔️ Any sweetener of your choice.
✔️ Chia seeds – 3 tbsp.

Total per 100 grams:
Calories - 303.54 kcal.
Protein - 8.46 g.
Fat - 21.09 g.
Carbohydrate - 23.28 g.

INGREDIENTS Recipe #2:
✅ 120 g oat flakes
✅ 60 g oatmeal flour
✅ 80 g almond flour (you can grind almond kernels in a coffee grinder)
✅ 55 g applesauce (or banana, pumpkin or 1 egg)
✅ 50 g Jerusalem artichoke syrup
✅ 40 g milk (or plant milk or water)
✅ 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
For chia jam:
✅ Berries (I thawed cherries) 250 g
✅ Jerusalem artichoke syrup 40-60 g (make it according to your taste)
✅ Chia seeds 20 g
Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
